BossFit Studios Financial & Cancellation Policies
Mat Pilates Group Class – Payment & Cancellation Policy (Onsite Classes)
- Payment: Required at the time of booking. Reservations cannot be made without payment through BossFitStudios.com or the Mindbody scheduling platform.
- Late Cancellations: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before a scheduled class will result in a $25 late cancellation fee and the loss of the class credit used for that booking.
- No-Shows: Failure to attend a booked class without cancellation will result in a $25 fee and the loss of the class credit.
- Fairness: This policy ensures fairness to all clients and keeps classes available for those on the waitlist.
Private Event Deposit & Cancellation Policy (Does Not Apply to Regular Group Classes)
- Deposit: A 50% deposit is required to reserve your event date and time.
- Remaining Balance: The remaining event balance is due 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.
- Cancellations & Rescheduling: Payments made toward private events become non-refundable within 14 days of the scheduled event date.
- Rescheduling requests may be accommodated based on availability and approval by BossFit Studios.
- Availability: Due to the customized nature of private events and limited weekend availability, BossFit Studios cannot guarantee event rescheduling availability.
Class Expiration & Final Sale Policy
- Intro Offer: Expires 30 days from the date of purchase.
- Drop-In Classes: Expires 30 days from the purchase date.
- Class Packages: Expires 90 days from the purchase date.
- Promotional Offers: Expiration dates may vary and will be listed at the time of purchase via Mindbody.
- Final Sale: All class purchases (including intro offers, drop-ins, and packages) are non-refundable and non-transferable. Expired classes cannot be extended or refunded.
Apparel Sales Policy
All apparel sales are final. For health, hygiene, and quality control reasons, we do not allow returns, exchanges, or refunds on apparel purchases.
